I never forgot her cheerfulness and positive attitude. Three years later when we needed to sell my mom's house, she was my first (and only) call. Ingrid is a wise counselor, thorough in her work, and kept us informed throughout the entire process including a closing that was a little more involved than expected. This was a situation where everything which could have gone wrong, DID GO WRONG! Five extensions, a buyer with limited English proficiency (which his agent did not figure out - DUH!), a HOA which was/is a nightmare, and a seller (me) who moved out of state and said to hell with it all! But, Ingrid hung in there! She sold my home, kept my spirits up, and even set aside time in her schedule to be around for cleaners, repairmen, and landscapers. Simply put, she was a God-send! You won't find a better agent who has your best interest at heart and will fight for you!
